This rubber twist skipping game is a playground favourite from Haba in Germany - a hopping and skipping game for at least 3 children (two to hold the elastic and 1 to jump) age 5 and over.
The jumper jumps in and out in certain patterns and sometimes onto the rope itself.
I remember many school breaks "french skipping" as it is sometimes called!
