Is there a delivery charge?

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £30. For orders below this amount standard mainland UK delivery is £5.95.  Next day is available at £8.95 on deliveries placed before 13.00 (deliveries Monday to Friday).   Overseas orders are charged at cost with a minimum of £15 for Europe and £25 for the rest of the world.  We will let you know how much delivery will be in advance if it is going to be in excess of the minimum amounts before we complete your order for dispatch.  We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £30.

How long will delivery take?

If we have your items in stock we will normally dispatch within 24 hours if not the same day you place your order!  For most items over 2kg we use a 2 day courier service, outer lying areas sometimes take an extra day to arrive.  Our Next Day service is also available for urgent orders!  Lighter orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and should arrive the next day, although this is not guaranteed.   Where we are waiting for stock to arrive we will let you know your expected delivery date, and will do everything we can to get the order out as quickly as possible and we will keep you informed all the time.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Certainly if you wish to call us on 01280 843000 we will be happy to take your order over the phone, you will need your credit card details to hand.

What about the Postal Strikes ?

We use a courier during any postal strikes for all orders, parcels should arrive in 2 to 3 days from ordering.  Our Next Day service is also available if you need items urgently, this operates on a next working day basis for orders placed before 13.00.
