Is there a delivery charge?
Yes standard delivery is £5.00, some (very heavy) items have special delivery charges and these are shown against those products. We review our delivery costs regularly and if we find a more competitive price that still secures the quality and reliability we insist on we will pass this on to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Solo, Cheques – we will only debit your card once the goods have been dispatched.
Please make cheques payable to Ptolemy Toys Limited – goods will be dispatched once the funds have cleared our account.
How long will delivery take?
If we have your items in stock we will dispatch within 24 hours, where we are waiting for stock to arrive we will let you know your expected delivery date, normally this is between 5 - 10 days. We will do everything we can to get the order out as quickly as possible and we will keep you informed all the time.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Certainly if you wish to call us on 01280 843000 we will be happy to take your order over the phone, you will need your credit card details to hand.
