Payment
We accept most major credit/debit cards, cheques and postal orders.
Gift Wrapping
All our orders are wrapped in tissue paper and string or ribbon. We also sell cards and will be happy to add a handwritten card to your gift if you send us details for £2.50 per item.
Postage
We have a standard charge of £5.00 per delivery within the UK. We can deliver overseas and in this case postage will be charged at cost (min of £5). Please email us at sales@ptolemytoys.co.uk for a price if you would like us to send overseas.
Availability
Normally our suppliers can work with us to minimise the delay on goods not in stock, but please remember we are a small business and at peak times it is best to be really organised and order early!
Returns
We hope everybody will be delighted with their toys but if for any reason you are not then please contact us on 01280 843000 and we will replace the item or refund it in full.
